When I sat down with this couple and they said “we want to go all out Valentine’s Day,” my only response was—how far can I take it?

The foundation was unapologetically romantic—shades of red and baby pink layered with rich satin textures that caught the light in all the right ways. Roses, of course, led the floral story—lush, classic, and fully committed to the theme.

But this wasn’t just a color palette—it was an experience. From the stationery to a fully designed kissing booth, every detail leaned into love in a way that felt playful, immersive, and a little over the top (in the best way).

Red tulle cascaded down the staircase as Ben and Veronica made their entrance, setting the tone before guests even reached the room. Heart-shaped cakes rested on the piano like little love notes, and every corner carried intention.

And the best part? When I stepped back, the room didn’t just look like Valentine’s Day—it felt like it. Full of energy, connection, and people who showed up ready to celebrate love in every form.

“Hayley is PHENOMENAL! We booked her partial planning package and honestly cannot imagine how our wedding would’ve happened without her. She brings the perfect mix of organization, management, creativity, and enthusiasm.

We* (*I) absolutely did not make her job easy. I’m a scatterbrained control freak incapable of reading/responding to messages in a timely manner and there was zero logic to the non-budget we set (“it costs what it costs”, except when I don’t like what it costs, but I couldn’t assign a dollar value to that). Still, she managed the chaos and pulled together the most incredible, over-the-top kitschy Valentine’s Day wedding of our dreams. If we were capable of relaxing, my now-husband and I wouldn’t have had to lift a finger day-of. She’s amazing, and we couldn’t recommend her enough!”
